Complaint book
With the entry into force of Decree-Law no. 74/2017 of 21 June, the Complaints Book is now available online.
The Complaints Book, in any of its formats, including its online version made available on July 1, 2017, is one of the instruments that make the exercise of the consumer's right to complain more accessible, allowing them to present their complaints either in the places of customer service, or by accessing the Online Complaints Book digital platform.
